Toronto Neuroimaging Facility Stimulus Grants 2017-10-12T14:28:01-04:00

The recently-opened Toronto Neuroimaging Facility (ToNI) is a shared research center, dedicated to research and teaching in human neuroimaging at the University of Toronto, run by the Department of Psychology. We are delighted to announce the inaugural ToNI Stimulus Grants, which will fund up to 40 hours on our Siemens Prisma 3T scanner. Eligible applicants must be established researchers (e.g., faculty or senior scientists) who are scanning at ToNI for the first time. The research must commence within one calendar year from the time of receiving the grant. Preference will be given to new users but may take place in collaboration with an existing ToNI user. External users are especially encouraged to apply.

An application should consist of the following:

  1. A one page research proposal
  2. The number of requested scan hours, along with a sample size justification
  3. The CV of the primary faculty applicant, and any research collaborators on the project
  4. An expected timeline for the project

Applications are due November 30, 2017 and should be mailed to chair@psych.utoronto.ca.
